Price Action Tools needed a site that had to do two things most software marketing sites don’t: sell a real multi-product catalog — a $99 lifetime tool down to free utilities — and hand off licenses and account access automatically, with no manual fulfillment on the founder’s end. That meant the build was never just a marketing page with a “Buy Now” button.

What we built:

  • Web design, logo, and brand identity — a dark, dashboard-inspired look built from scratch to read credible to serious futures traders
  • WooCommerce store with Stripe checkout — a real multi-product catalog, not a single generic pitch
  • Automated licensing system — machine-ID activation issued instantly at checkout, no manual key-sending
  • Secure customer portal — self-service license and activation management

The visual identity started from scratch — logo, color system, and a dark, dashboard-inspired look built to read credible to an audience of serious, often skeptical futures traders who’d bounce off anything that felt like generic trading-guru marketing. That look carries through from the homepage into the product pages, so the software a trader buys feels like it belongs to the same brand as the site they bought it from. It’s the same full web design and branding process we run for every project, tuned here for a technical, trust-first audience.

On the commerce side, the site runs on WooCommerce with Stripe handling checkout, built to carry a real product line — NT Risk Manager, Advanced Second Entry, TradeJournal Edge, and a set of free tools — at different price points without collapsing into one generic “our software” pitch. Each product needed its own pricing and feature set laid out clearly enough that a trader comparing risk-management tools side by side could tell exactly what they’d get before checking out.

Licensing is where the build goes past a standard WooCommerce store: purchases issue licenses automatically through a custom machine-ID activation system, so a customer can activate their tool on their own trading machine right after checkout, with no manual key-sending on the back end. NT Risk Manager’s Leader/Follower setup for traders and firms managing several accounts runs through that same licensing layer.

Behind the storefront, a secure customer portal gives buyers a place to manage their own licenses, activations, and purchase history without emailing support for every machine swap or reactivation — turning what would otherwise be manual account admin into something customers handle themselves.
