Michelle Griffin, PhD has run a personal and organizational development coaching practice since 1986, holding a PhD in Psychology alongside dual master’s degrees in Psychology and Organization Development. Her work splits across two genuinely different audiences under one practice — individuals seeking personal and leadership growth, and organizations needing team development, conflict resolution, and strategic planning support.
What we built:
- Full branding — a visual identity built to carry both sides of the practice under one cohesive brand
- WordPress build with dedicated service pages — separate tracks for individual coaching and organizational-development engagements
- Lead-generation focused page structure — service pages built to highlight expertise and move a visitor toward contact, not just describe services
Serving both individual coaching clients and corporate organizational-development engagements from a single site meant building clear separation between the two service tracks in the website design, so a company evaluating Griffin for a team intervention isn’t wading through personal-coaching language, and vice versa.
Her academic credentials needed to do real work establishing authority, but the practice also draws on more unconventional teaching sources — nature-based learning, mindfulness, even fly-fishing metaphors for organizational dynamics — which the service pages needed to present as a genuine, differentiated part of her approach, not a gimmick bolted onto a credentials page.
