Daphne Birkmyer writes the Comfrey, Wyoming series — literary fiction following interconnected characters across Wyoming’s high prairie, now four books deep (Birds of a Feather, Marcela’s Army, Maiden Voyage, and Black Sheep, Black Sheep) with a fifth in progress.

- Full WordPress website design — built around discoverability of the whole book series, not just the newest title
- Clean navigation around book covers — a clear, immediate path from one book to the next
- Author biography and gallery — supporting content that keeps the focus on the work itself rather than site mechanics
An author with a genuine multi-book series needs a site built around discoverability of the whole body of work — a reader who finishes Book 1 needs an obvious, immediate path to Book 2, and someone discovering the series through Book 3 needs to understand it’s part of something larger. The website design uses clean navigation around book covers, author biography, and a gallery to keep that focus on the work itself rather than site mechanics.
